Missing Parts Policy
Thank you for choosing Mamigo. We take great care to pack every diaper bag and its accessories carefully. If you find missing parts or accessories after receiving your order, please follow the guidelines below to get quick assistance.
1. What counts as missing parts?
The following missing items are eligible for our complimentary service:
- Built-in accessories: stroller hooks, adjustable buckles, chest straps, carry handles
- Matching attachments: detachable wet/dry pouch, extra storage pockets, shoulder pad
- Product parts: zipper pulls, snap buttons and other functional components
Note: Decorative patterns, slight packaging fillers or minor paper tags are not included in the scope of missing parts claims.
2. Claim Timeframe
Please submit your request within 30 days upon delivery. We suggest checking all accessories right after unboxing for faster processing.
3. What We Offer
For verified missing parts:
- Free resupply of the missing accessories / components
- All shipping fees are covered by Mamigo, no extra cost for you
- You may also choose a partial refund if you no longer need the missing parts
4. Simple Claim Steps
Prepare proof
Take clear photos of the full product, packaging and the empty position where parts should be attached. Write down your order number as well.
Contact customer support
Send the photos, order number and a brief description via our site message center or official support email.
Wait for confirmation & delivery
Our team will review your request within 24 working hours. Once approved, we will arrange delivery of the missing parts as soon as possible and send you the tracking info.

- Keep the original packaging intact temporarily to avoid unnecessary delays.
- Do not alter or disassemble the product before our verification.
- Describe the missing item clearly to help us send the correct replacement.
