1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and packed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. You can check available destinations during checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options for your choice:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 3–7 business days
Note: Delivery time is for reference only. It may be delayed due to customs clearance, bad weather or local logistics situations.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated based on your destination and selected shipping method, which will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.

We regularly launch free shipping promotions. Please check our homepage for the latest activity rules.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and tracking link. You can check the delivery status online anytime.

6. Customs & Import Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees charged by your local customs authority.
  • These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over customs charges and cannot advise on related policies.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

  • If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable contact information or recipient refusal, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping fee and reshipping cost.
  • Please double-check your shipping address, postal code and phone number before submitting the order.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes for certain regions. Please use a valid physical delivery address to avoid delivery failure.

If your package is stuck for a long time or lost during transit, please contact our customer service with your order number and tracking number. We will assist you to follow up and solve the problem as soon as possible.
