Thank you for choosing Mamigo. We stand firmly behind the quality of all our diaper bags and accessories. Below is our official warranty terms, coverage, exclusions and claim procedures for your reference.

1. Warranty Period

  • Standard Warranty: 12 months from the date you receive the product.
  • This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from our official Mamigo website.

2. What Is Covered Under Warranty

Within the valid warranty period, we provide free repair or free replacement for manufacturing defects under normal daily use:

  • Broken or malfunctioning zippers, buckles, snaps and plastic hardware
  • Loose stitching, seam splitting and structural failure
  • Damaged insulated lining that loses temperature retention function
  • Defective stroller hooks, shoulder straps and carrying handles
  • Faulty internal partitions and original functional components

3. What Is NOT Covered

The following situations are not included in the warranty service:

  • Damage caused by improper use, overloading, dropping or impact
  • Wear and tear from daily normal use, including slight fading, scratches and fabric wrinkles
  • Damage from unauthorized modification, disassembly or self-repair
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning: long-time soaking, high-temperature washing, bleach or strong detergent
  • Damage from fire, flood, extreme temperature and other external environmental factors
  • Lost or missing accessories due to personal negligence
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Prepare required materials
    Get your order number, take clear photos/videos of the defective part and the whole product.
  2. Contact customer support
    Send all materials and a detailed problem description via our message center or support email.
  3. Review & Solution
    Our team will verify your request within 24 working hours. We will arrange free repair, part replacement or product replacement once confirmed.

5. Important Notes

  • Please retain your order record during the entire warranty period. It is required for all warranty applications.
  • All warranty services are non-transferable.
  • After-sales repair or replacement will not extend the original warranty period.
  • If the product is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement of the same style.
